The cook will love the fact that you can lift the side of the nickel-plated grate to add charcoal. It has a hinged section on each side that allows you to easily lift it and add more briquettes. The bowl shape and gravity move the coals to the center and keep the heat as high as you need. The folks at Weber planned this barbeque grill with ease in mind.

One Touch Charcoal Models

The 22.5-inch grill holds up to 12 burgers and even more brats, so you can have the entire family over and cook all the meat at once. You don't have to keep metal pans on the grill keeping warmed weenies while you cook up a second batch to feed the entire crowd. There's enough room for grilling it all at once.

The clean out system involves just one touch. When the fire cools, just flick a switch and the ashes fall into a removable tray. The gold model uses a canister and removable pan for easy, clean disposal. This Weber grill has an enclosed system so you never get your hands dirty as well. The silver model is an open clean out system and, while it works, is a little messier on a windy day.

Both the gold and the silver models have glass-reinforced nylon handles. The silver model has two and the gold, three. The colors, particularly the dark blue, add drama to the cooking area and are a pleasant change from the traditional black barbecue grill that is so common.

The enclosed canister One Touch clean out system is a huge benefit for most charcoal bbq fans. Clean out is easier on the silver One Touch grill but still messy due to the open system. The One Touch Gold clean out is not only simple but it keeps you clean while the ashes fall into the enclosed pan. All you have to do is lift, turn and remove.
