Weber Genesis S-310 Barbecue Gas Grill

This is the best grill I have ever owned!

Our family grills out almost every nite during the summer months, and even a little during the winter. Because of this our barbecue gas grills tend to wear out faster than most people. This is also due in part to us buying an inferior, less expensive grill every few years. This time I decided to buy a more expensive and better built grill so I looked into Weber. I looked over their lineup and fell in love with the big, stainless steel Genesis. I loved the additional grilling space, more BTU's, and quality of construction.

From reading other reviews and looking at consumer reports it was evident that Weber was the brand to get. People continually rave about the even heating, ease of use, durable construction, and no flareups. I can say after using the Genesis S-310 that this is an accurate description. I can't believe how much better this grill works than my previous CharBroil. This is no knock on that gas grill. It worked ok for the money that I spent on it, but it really cannot compare to this bigger Weber.

Also after looking at the consumer reports and reading the negatives on many of the units you can find at your local home improvement store, I decided to go visit to see if it was true. I could immediately see from comparing them to my Weber that they use cheaper plastic pieces where the Genesis is stainless or aluminum. The doors are not as solid as the Weber either. I left there with a piece of mind that indeed I did spend my money wisely. If you are thinking about buying the Weber Genesis then you will not be disappointed. Sure it's more than other grills but gives you much more as well.
