A better barbecue grill than gas

I originally bought a Meco barbecue grill over 15 years ago and it lasted for many years of grilling. I decided to upgrade to their Stand Up Square Utility charcoal grill after reading some of the positive reviews. I'm very happy I made that decision.

We had a cookout earlier this year and I used this to grill up some chicken using my father's secret recipe. Everyone asked what I used on the chicken because they loved the flavor. Since that time I have been on a charcoal BBQ grilling frenzy doing steaks, chicken, burgers, and even some vegetables on the Meco. This grill really cuts down on flare ups when compared to gas grills which keeps the temperature even across the surface. I think this is key to a good result.

I love using charcoal and don't think I'll go back to propane again. I really like this one from Meco and feel it is the best choice for the price. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind using charcoal and wants a great tasting meal.
