Nice electric grill when you get used to it

Overall I’m very satisfied with the Delonghi Perfecto indoor electric grill. I additionally have given it to a friend as a birthday gift and he also likes it. And while there are some problems listed on other reviews that I read like it not getting hot enough I feel that this is from incorrect use.

As with any of the other barbecue grills (gas, charcoal, or electric) you really need to let it warm up to the right temperature. This will give you the best grilling results. It really takes some practice with any grill to know just how long you need to warm it up and how long you need to cook on it to get the results you want. This is also the case with the Delonghi Perfecto.

I also like the glass top that keeps the splattering to a minimum. While the grill itself can be difficult to clean at times I still can get everything cleaned up in as little time as my full sized propane grill. If it was easier to clean I would give it 5 stars but for now it gets 4.

This indoor grill does work great but like I mentioned above you have to allow it to heat up to the right temperature before throwing the food on. I recommend it and would buy another one if I had to.
