Char Broil Patio Bistro Infrared Gas Grills
Cooks very evenly and gets up to temperature quickly

I bought the Char-Broil Patio Bistro because I wanted an infrared gas grill, or at least I heard they were good. I didn't really know what made "infrared" grills but just read that the heat hits the meat in a much more even fashion. I can testify that this is definitely the case with the Patio Bistro. The food just gets cooked all around and completely through which is much better than my old clunky gas grill that I tossed out.
Assembly was surprisingly easy too. It took my son and I only about an hour to get it from the box to fully assembled. The first thing we tried was some grilled salmon and it turned out awesome. I'm no chef by any means but it really was great, very moist and tons of flavor inside.
I'm not so sure about the warming rack though as it's quite small. I don't think you could fit more than a burger or two but I guess it's a nice feature. I won't use it though. And the only thing that I can see missing is some place to hang my barbecue tools but it's not the end of the world. I can get by. The grill itself is very compact and takes up much less room than you would think. Plus, the grilling space is decent sized and fits our family well. I'd buy the Char-Broil Patio Bistro again. The technology is great and I think it's one of the better gas grills for the price.
