I am a big fan of grills that are highly rated by both consumers and those who review them. The Weber Genesis E-320 fits that description perfectly. While it is not the cheapest gas grill you can find it is miles ahead of those cheaper models that fall in the $200 or so price range. I opted to spend the extra money and am glad I did.

Putting it together was not difficult but it did take some patience. After I fired it up for my first barbecue I quickly realized why I bought it. The burners heat up quickly and provide a very even flame across the entire grilling surface. The overall construction of it is simply amazing. I still can’t believe how the fit was so perfect with almost no tolerances between the pieces. This was a huge upgrade over my prior gas grill which was difficult to put together and never really looked right. It is clear to me that the people at Weber really have their manufacturing down to a science.

I did do some research on other similar grills from many sources. I checked other websites and looked at some barbecue magazines. From what I read and heard this Weber Genesis will provide me with many years of great grilling, especially if you buy the grill cover which I did. It’s really the cadillac of grill brands and I can now see why.

If you buy the E-320 you will definitely love the build quality and performance. You will love the size of the grilling surface and will find yourself inviting your neighbors over for a meal. Highly recommended from our family.

Safe and effective grill with all the room you need

We live in a condo and were recently told that we could no longer use gas or propane grills. We love grilling steaks, chicken, and hot dogs and were afraid we could no longer grill them up during the summer. This lead us to finding a good alternative that could grill the way we liked it but not using propane. The electric Weber Q140 was the way to go.

This barbecue grill heats up quite quickly. It also retains heat very well and grills everything all the way through. A nice feature is the cover is only warm to the touch even after 10 mins of cooking. But inside, however, the meat sears completely. I had initially tried another type of barbeque electric grill but it just didn’t get hot enough. I also got the Q140 with the Weber Q cart and I would recommend a grill cover to make things complete.

This unit is very well designed (no surprise since it’s a Weber) and not only does it pre-heat quickly it also cooks faster than any other electric grill I have seen. I think it is due to the unique reflective liner attached to the underside of the lid. It’s a great bargain. For less than $300 you can have a grill that not only cooks wonderfully but is also safe for condos, apartments, and even houses. The only downside to the Weber Q 140 is that it is a bit small but if you know how to work a grill good or can do without toasted buns you can fit all the food you need on it.

You really can’t beat a Weber grill

A long time ago I was the proud owner of one of the original Weber Smokey Joe charcoal grills and it got a lot of use over the years. I found that it was a little difficult to take with me to the park as it was tippy and seemed to fall around in the back of my pickup. The grates, kettle, and lid would just fly all over the place creating a nice mess. I recently replaced it with the new Gold grill and am happy to say that my problems are solved. The lid now locks down while transporting it and it just doesn’t seem to be as tippy as the old model. The new Weber Smokey Joe Gold also holds the ashes in the belly of the kettle instead of the catcher on the prior model so there isn’t a big mess underneath. One thing that works well for me is to line the bottom with aluminum foil before putting the charcoal in. When the grill is completely cooled I will just fold up the foil and throw it in the garbage. Very little mess left.

Grilling on this little Weber is great. I find that it does indirect cooking of meat pretty good but I do have to experiment with the placing of the coals for thicker pieces. With a little practice I am able to get the results I want with little effort. I find that the venting system works well even though I have read reviews that stated they had problems. I like the vents being on the side instead of underneath.

The Smokey Joe Gold is great for grilling on the go or on your deck at your home. I found it was a big improvement over the original model they had which is one reason I love Weber so much. They constantly improve their products and listen to what people are telling them.

Awesome barbecue grill, thanks Weber!

I decided to buy a new gas grill and went with one of the best out there. I needed one with 6 burners as I’m always grilling a lot of food for the family. The Summit looked beautiful in the pictures and I’ve always been a fan of Weber so I opted for the S-620. I knew it would cost me a fair amount of money but I didn’t care. I wanted one of the best grills and this one didn’t disappoint.

This is really the perfect BBQ for our family. I really had no need for the rotisserie so I chose this unit. The heat is very even and the cooking surface can handle almost 700 square inches of meat. Now that’s a lot of food for even the biggest of families. We use it at our cottage and it’s a big hit with our guests. The construction is very solid but you would expect that after shelling out that kind of money. It’s still nice to see Weber deliver in that department. I don’t think I’ll ever have to replace this grill with another one.

I love having 6 burners. It gives me the flexibility I need to prepare a lot of different things at once. The side burner also is nice and I have used it a couple of times. This really is the top of the line of Webers. If you are ready to step up to one of the best grills you can buy then the Summit is for you. Highly recommended, provided you will use all it has to offer.

If it says Weber on the side you can trust it

This was our first weekend that the weather cooperated with our new Weber E-310 Spirit gas grill so we got some extensive grilling out of it. For starters, we decided to buy it because of the name on the side. We have always been big fans of Weber and new the Spirit would not dissapoint, especially after reading all of the positive reviews. Now on to our review.

After assembling it we had it fire right up on the first push of the button. The clear blue flames really got the three burners cooking fast. The heat seems very evenly distributed as well which gives any barbecue a better chance at success. It’s hard grilling when only one side of the gas grill is hot enough to cook. On the Weber that really isn’t a thought, and it’s probably the best feature we have found with their grills.

My first session went great. All of the dozen jumbo marinated chicken wings I had prepared were cooked evenly and thoroughly, resulting in the best grilled wings I have ever tasted (and I’ve had a lot of wings in my life). I’m very happy with how this grill has performed and expect to get many years of great performance out of it. I give it a perfect ratings because I have had no problems with it, nor do I expect to.

Great outdoor gas grill for small decks or portable use

I bought a Weber Q200 barbecue grill to replace my older Q100 which I really loved. The problem was that someone else decided to “borrow” it and never return it. Oh well, gives me an excuse to buy another gas grill though.

I really look at quite a few other grills but wanted to stick with Weber because of the quality I have experienced first hand. I was thinking about the Q 220 but the only difference I could see was the built in thermometer which wasn’t important to me. The description also said it had a higher lid but I really couldn’t tell for sure. Wasn’t worth paying extra in my book. The Q 300 is a similar grill also but was a little big for my tastes.

I like the Q 200 because I can either use it on the Weber cart or just load it up in the truck and take it with me. It also has enough grilling room for a normal sized family which is what I have. The fold out shelves are also quite handy and overall, the Q grills are a great lineup. I also purchased the better cart and use the bigger 20 pound propane tank. I still have the smaller one as a backup just incase, which I also use on the road.

This is a nice grill. It’s everything I expected and more. I highly recommend it and love what Weber has done with these Q grills.

Excellent BBQ grill for our deck

I bought the Weber Spirit E-210 gas grill last year for our deck and thought I would give my review of it. I read a lot of other reviews on Weber grills and felt confident buying one. They always seem to be rated highly and I really wanted a BBQ that would last me many years. I was tired of spending money every couple of years buying a cheap model. I think this is the solution.

Even though it is currently a little cold out at night I still venture out there to fire it up. I love grilling and don’t let a little cold weather stop me. Luckily, the Spirit gives me no problems no matter how hot or cold it is outdoors. As far as the grilling experience I find it very easy to cook beef, fish, chicken, or whatever else I want to perfection. The Flavorizer bars are a great invention and they keep the meat tasting just the way I like it. You really don’t get any telltale ‘gas grill’ flavor at all. Some barbecue enthusiasts complain about using propane models because of the taste but you cannot tell with this Weber.

For a smaller grill there really is quite a bit of cooking space. The burners give off a nice even temperature which is a huge improvement over the other model we used to have. I also love the closed storage cart underneath as it keeps all of my barbecue tools where I cannot lose them.

I have nothing to complain about with the E210. I can’t wait for the warm summer months so I can use it every night. We plan on having a family gathering soon to show everyone what this Weber can do.

I use this portable barbecue grill more than my full sized one

I purchased a Weber propane Go Anywhere portable barbeque grill and find myself using it more than my other full sized model. It is so easy to fire up that I find myself not wanting to bother with the more advanced (and more expensive) gas grill sitting on my deck. And the beauty of this little grill is that I can take it wherever I need to. Weber really pulled out the stops on this quite basic model.

While it is not the most durable unit you can find as I am on my second one after the other rusted out after sitting on the deck throughout a few winters, but it makes up for that in other ways. First it is very inexpensive when compared to other grills today. You can spend more than $2000 if you really want to but I didn’t feel that ambitious. When you buy a portable grill like this you are doing it to take with you wherever you go, to the beach or camping. But the unique thing about this Weber is you will use it at home as well.

Even though our family pretty much never cleans this unit it really does the best job of grilling the meat we put on it. The flavor and tenderness is just what we want, and even better than our larger sized one that collects dust under a cover. One trick we do is to crank the temperature up to high for 10 minutes before putting the food on. This gives a very consistent grilling with good marks across all of the surface of the meat.

We have read some cookbook of barbecue grilling authors who state that you should Know Your Fire to make sure the meal is just right. Well, with the Go Anywhere gas grill the fire is very consistent. Combine this with it heating up in mere minutes and you will get the best results you can imagine.

Sturdy barbecue grill that delivers every time I fire it up

If there is one thing our family likes to do it’s BBQ our food on a warm summer night. Our new Weber Genesis S-320 is our gas grill of choice for many reasons. When you compare it to the cheaply built Char-Broil that I used to own it becomes quite evident that there really is no comparison.

The first thing you will notice is just how sturdy the S320 propane grill actually is. It is a solid, stainless steel unit that honestly is one of the best looking grills I have ever seen. Assembly actually wasn’t too bad as I only needed a couple of basic hand tools. When grilling you will also notice just how much heat the Genesis retains, which results in great searing of the meat. This thing really stays hot when you need it.

The overall cooking performance is great. While the burner BTU rating is lower than some of the other gas grills in its’ class, those other units don’t heat as evenly as this one. The entire grilling surface is heated to the right temperature and we haven’t found the telltale hot and cold spots of our previous propane grills.

The only problem that I experienced with the Weber S-320 doesn’t actually deal with the grill, but rather the shipping. For whatever reason the shipper seemed to drop the rather heavy package in my driveway which resulted in some scratches on the hood. Not a huge deal but since the grill is so heavy I didn’t want to return it. I polished them to where they are mostly gone but you can still see if you look closely enough. However, the grilling performance has not suffered at all.

All in all I would recommend these grills to anyone who wants a unit that will last for a LONG time, and grill your food to perfection. I have become a big Weber fan and am sorry I didn’t buy one sooner. Glad I finally took the leap of faith.

Awesome grill for everyday cooking

I recently sold my other very expensive gas grill and replaced it with a Weber Performer charcoal unit as I just couldn’t go any longer without the smell and barbecue taste of charcoal. I grew up with these types of grills so I was anxious to get back to grilling with one.

Grilling our favorite family BBQ on this Weber is an absolute joy. Filling the two included charcoal baskets is simple and they fit back into the Performer very nicely. Lighting of the coals is an easy task and it only takes around 15 minutes to get them up to optimum grilling temperature. Pressing the igniter is much easier than the older style of grills we were used to growing up, plus it is much safer.

As expected, the meat comes out seared nicely and I really have good control over the entire grilling process. Flare-ups are almost non existant which results in a consistent flavor throughout the entire meal. And when you look the grill over you quickly notice just how much quality is in it. For a relatively inexpensive unit, Weber really put some thought into this one. Cleanup is also easy which is always something you think about when you opt for charcoal over gas or propane.

All in all this has been one of the best grills we have owned and one that gets a lot of use for our family. We recommend it to anyone who likes the traditional flavor of charcoal.
