Holland Companion Propane Portable BBQ Grill

Great portable smoker grill

The Holland Companion is one excellent BBQ but I can't really call it simply a grill. It is more like a portable smoker and grill combo. Cooking is a little different on it as you always leave the lid closed without constant flipping of the meat. One thing to consider with this is it won't operate like other gas grills so you will need to follow the instructions.

We have used this Holland for a while now and think it is truly remarkable. The meat comes out very tasty and you don't have to hover over the food, constantly monitoring it.
