Broil King Signet 90 Liquid Propane Grills

Top notch grill for the size and price

So we bought the Broil-King Signet 90 instead of the Weber Summit because we just couldn't see spending that much money on a grill. We liked the Signet because it was close in terms of BTU's and grilling space and it had a side burner as well as a rear rotisserie kit. The rotisserie kit is really nice and I can't believe it came with it for this price. With most grills you have to buy this separately.

It took me a couple hours to put it together. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but expect some of the small bolts and nuts to take some patience lining up. Once I was done I was surprised at how solid it is. While it isn't the largest gas grill it will have more than enough room for maybe 6 to 8 people. Basically an average to large family will have plenty of grilling space. Sure it doesn't have the bells and whistles of the Weber we looked at, it was less than half the price!

I have grilled on it maybe 10 times so far and I'm amazed each time. The heat is very consistent across all the burners which is not typical on a grill of this size. There really is no difference in the temperature anywhere and I've checked. I've gotten comfortable with the settings and can cook various types of meat and other foods at the same time with great results. All the food gets nice sear marks with no flare ups at all. I'm very happy with the Broil King Signet 90. It's the best $400 I have ever spent, without a doubt.
