This is actually the second Broil King Porta Chef I have purchased in the last 8 years. Our other grill works great but we wanted an extra one for the campsite so we bought another. This newer version is actually an improvement over the older model but that one still grills like a champ. Even around our home the 16,000 BTU burner and over 200 square inches of grilling space is plenty. The two tiered cooking racks work great. We use the upper one for chicken and fish when you don't want any direct heat on it. The bottom rack works best for traditional barbecue grilling.

The Porta-Chef is very easy to set up which is an important quality in a portable grill. Taking it back down is just as easy and it folds up very compact to be easily carried from place to place. The lightweight design and handles make it easy for anyone to carry from the car to the campsite.

Another thing I like about Broil King is their customer service. I had to order some replacement parts for the older Porta Chef and everything went smoothly. The prices were reasonable and they arrived quickly. Overall I love this grill and would buy another one if necessary.
