For starters the Bradley 4 rack fully automatic smoker is the best choice you can make. I used to have a barrel smoker for a few years and I needed to find something that was a little less involved to use. I wanted to smoke overnight without having to constantly add wood so I looked around a bit. After reading some reviews I decided to go with the Bradley BTIS1.

I can say after using it for over a year that it is one awesome machine. I have smoked many things including ribs, pork, brisket, chicken, and other various meats with complete success. The flavor is outstanding and everyone I grill for really comments on the taste. It is that good.

One thing is you need to buy the Bradley briskets but I usually find them online for a cheap price. I will buy a box of various flavors to mix it up as I do quite a bit of smoking, especially during the summer. I thought about going with the 6 rack unit but really didn't need that much space. This one will do for an average user.

Now the only fault I have found with the Bradley smoker is it doesn't produce a smoke ring like my other smoker did but it doesn't affect the flavor at all. I highly recommend it and once you use it you will never do any standard grilling again. I gotta give it 5 stars.
